In my 15-year career, I've really done it all. My multi-disciplinary experience is rooted in storytelling — a powerful tool that when harnessed properly, moves mission-driven brands forward. If you can tell story that deeply resonates with the end user, the medium is just another learned skill.
I'm a proud mutt (or more affectionately known as a Swiss Army Knife).
Whether it's designing, writing, leading, shaping creative strategy, analyzing, or participating in good ol' fashioned brainstorming, I can't get enough of crafting the creative process from the high-level vision to the detailed execution.
My experience over the last 15 years can be distilled down to developing a deep understanding of businesses and applying thoughtful design &Â copy across platforms, channels, and mediums. I have been tasked with wearing many hats, growing from product designer to brand strategist to creative director (which has now expanded to growth marketing). Every new learned skill is an opportunity to add tools to my arsenal, and I welcome the challenge with open arms.
I'm fiercely dependable, chronically curious, a life-long learner, and highly productive — if I do not know how to do something, you can count on me to quickly learn & master it.
Connecting with and delighting the end user/customer/audience is what ultimately drives me. My bread &Â butter is in education, which typically means identifying with the audience, approaching an age-old problem with a unique perspective, and executing with high standards that delivers results.
Most recently, I’ve spent the last 5+ years building the brand and marketing engine of a high-growth CPG startup. I’ve expertly navigated the complex and nuanced world of alcohol-related health, creatively, strategically, and while driving FDA & FTC compliance. I deeply understand the DTC landscape, what drives customers, and how to effectively tell a compelling story. My ability to adapt, learn, and find creative ways to enhance the brand and unlock efficiency has given me the opportunity to expand my skillset far beyond one niche.
